Sweet Henley just had her first birthday, so it’s probably time I blog her Tummy Time session she did when she was 4 months old back in September! This little pumpkin looks great in anything – my favorite was that amazingly silly frog hat – how cute is that on a sweet girly girl? I photographed Hudson in 2012, and then in 2014 his parents brought in Hadley, his new baby sister. She is so sweet, and looks a lot like her big brother at that age. I also want to tell you how much effort it took to get that amazing sibling picture – and I SO wish we had video of us getting it. Hudson was very happy, but not necessarily understanding that we wanted him to lean down to snuggle with his sister. Around the time that we all were thinking it wasn’t going to happen – he did it perfectly, and we literally all cheered! I think of that every time I see that beautiful picture of them together. I think that’s why newborn portraits, and young sibling portraits are some of my favorites – it takes some work to get them, but when you do – wow – so amazing!
