Ace’s family came in to get some images of him, and I’m glad they also decided to take advantage of their time with me, and get a few family portraits as well – such a gorgeous family, don’t you agree?

As a professional photographer, it’s imperative to stay on top of my education. There are always new innovations, different methods, and just awesome and new ways to be inspired to create a new type of art. After Dark Education is a wonderful event where hundreds of photographers gather to learn from each other, and from volunteer mentors, who are pioneers in the industry, and who share freely and openly during this event that is truly like no other. I was considering attending when I heard it would be in Dallas, and was put over the edge when I realized they had chosen the Hilton Bella Harbor, right here in Rockwall, as their venue. It was amazing! Here are just a few images from the 3-day event – my mind was spinning afterwards!

USFirst – you should know, that I’m a complete sucker for any red-haired baby… Kinsler was no exception, and I have to say, he was also one of the smiliest babies I’ve had in the studio in a while! He was ready for the camera – no coaxing required, and I got some amazing shots of him as a result! How cute is he?
