If you happened to visit my Facebook page today – you may have seen an adorable baby dressed as a gnome from our Halloween fundraiser. That was Baby Dexter – and this was his newborn session back in May. He has THE BEST cheeks – both then and now. He’ll be coming back to the studio next month for his Sitting Up session – I am bracing myself for all the adorableness!!!

USLittle Dylan came to see me in May for her newborn session – it was immediately clear that she is a true Daddy’s Girl, and already an avid Texas Rangers fan. Her ‘Sitting Up’ session is coming up next month at the studio – I can’t wait to see how big she’s gotten, and get to know that little personality!

What fun this family is having now with two little ones! Harry Myers Park was the perfect location – plenty of spots to keep things moving along – especially when you’re trying to keep a 1-year old interested and entertained!

She is of course adorable – but the hair, the outfits – so so cute! We moved around quickly to keep her attention, and I am absolutely thrilled with this session. Her family was as well – they ordered one of our new albums – so they could have a place to look back on the entire session. These albums are 6 inches square – so the pages are 6×12 when opened. It has rigid pages, a custom cover, and is much like a miniature wedding album! I adore these – because it gives you an opportunity to have all those different expressions and images, without having to order 40 separate prints! I thought I’d share her album pages here – so you can get an idea of what they look like – so so pretty!

SHARE ONFACEBOOKTWEET THIS ONTWITTERCONTACTUSI love when my Baby Plan clients decide to turn their 1-year session into a chance to get some family portraits – going outside at this age is perfect, because it gives your little one a chance to show off their new walking skill – those careful (or not so careful) steps in the first months of walking are adorable, and it’s really great to be able to capture that for my clients. We went to downtown Rockwall for this session – this was back in May before the construction got crazy down there! I have to say, though – I’m so excited to see what it will look like a year from now when construction is over – it’s going to be just beautiful, and we’ll have a lot more areas to choose from for fall family pictures next year. It’s hard to believe that sweet Autumn will be 2.5 by that time! Let’s freeze time and check out her birthday pictures with her family…
